Question
Are food and drinks included in your tours?
01

Yes, each tour with us includes all-you-can-drink bottled water & soft drinks (coke, diet coke, mango, and pineapple juice) & one bottle of champagne (Roderer).
We also include fresh local fruits and a tray of gourmet appetizers prepared by a local chef. If you would like other catering options, such as your favorite champagne or other drinks, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Allergy: We can accommodate most food allergies, as long as you let us know in advance. Please inform us of your food allergies at the time of booking and we will work with you to ensure that your dining experience is safe.
Question
02

What should we bring with us to make sure we have a great day on the boat?
To make the most of your day on the Lagoon Limousine and to make sure you have everything you need, we recommend that you bring the following items:
• A bathing suit
• Corral-friendly sunscreen to respect the local biodiversity. We should all use sunscreen. It's particularly essential when we are on the water as the lagoon reflects the sun's rays, which increases our exposure to UV rays.
• Sunglasses with polarized lenses (ideally). Polarized lenses block the glare from reflected light, which is important to protect our eyes and help us see marine animals more clearly from the boat.
• A hat or cap to protect your head and face from the sun.
• A light jacket/sweater in case there is a tiny breeze at the end of the day.
• A pair of flip flop
• Extra clothes if you want to go to a restaurant or take advantage of our boat to take some nice pictures.
• A waterproof camera, useful for filming the fish and keeping souvenirs.

Water related questions
I can't swim / I'm terrified of water.
03
If you can't swim, don't worry! You are not alone and we have a solution for you. We are certified and will make sure you get the most out of your experience. We can help you in the water and make sure you stay safe and comfortable.
Here is what we can do:
• We can provide you with an individual life jacket that fits your size. If you have any other concerns about this, please contact us!
• We will take all necessary precautions before entering the water, such as checking the weather conditions and making sure everyone knows their limits. This way, we can avoid any accidents.
• The most important thing is safety first! So if there is anything else that could be a problem, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
04
I don't want to go in the water at all. Is that a ok?
Absolutely not! No one will force you to go in the water if you don't feel like it! If you prefer to stay dry, you can always enjoy a relaxing drink, work that perfect holiday tan, and admire Bora Bora's amazing landscapes from the comfort of our private boat. We are also happy to let you know more about the island, the lagoon, the nature, and the Polynesian culture and answer any questions you may have about Bora Bora.
Will we see any fish?
05
Yes, you definitely will if you get in the water! It's rare not to see marine animals or fish where we go. Snorkeling is a relaxing activity that doesn't require much effort, and you will be amazed at what you can see underwater. The best way to go snorkeling is to book a full-day trip so that we have enough time to show you all the best snorkeling spots in Bora Bora.
06
Will we see sharks and are they dangerous?
Although you may see blacktip reef sharks in the blue waters of Bora Bora, rest assured, they are harmless. The main species of shark in the lagoon is called the blacktip reef shark. They live in shallow waters near coral reefs and feed on small fish, squid, and octopuses... They are just not interested in humans.
05 / We booked a full day tour. Where will we have lunch?
06 / Can I take a nap on the boat?
We are French (and also pretty good cooks 😉 ) so food is a big deal for us. We have carefully evaluated every restaurant in Bora Bora by trying them all and will take you to the best ones according to your cravings.
You will probably be tired after the snorkeling session and the meal at the restaurant. Our boat has 3 salons with large couches for you to take a nap and enjoy the beautiful views of the Otemanu mont
07 / Do we need special equipment?
08 / Where do you pick us up?
No, we can provide everything you may need during your tour (Mask, fins, lifejackets, towels etc...). We also have floaties for your naps on the lagoon and fishing rods in case you feel like casting a line.
Just make sure to bring your sunglasses, sunscreen (ideally reef safe), swimsuit and camera 🙂
We can pick you up from your hotel, Vaitape harbor, restaurants, or private villas on the island. Basically, wherever you are on the island if we can dock the boat then we can pick you up - same for dropping you off at the end of the tour! Just give us the address and we'll be there.

What happens if it rains?
In Bora Bora it is uncommon that it rains on the whole island at the same time (even if the island is small). Most of the time the clouds get stuck in the mountain but leave the lagoon sunny. In case it rains during your boat tour, we will adjust our route to avoid bad weather so you can have a good time.
However, if the weather is too bad on the day of your tour we try to reschedule your tour for free at a later date according to your and our schedule.
09

Do you have any conveniences onboard?
Yes, our boat is equipped with a freshwater shower and a restroom. We also have a fridge with drinks and snacks for your convenience, internet onboard and a cigar humidor.
10

Do you do shared tours?
To be honest, we are not big fans of shared, timed, and impersonal tours where the guide focuses on the group with no flexibility to change the route or make stops along the way. We believe that nothing tops the personalized service of a private tour, the luxury and comfort, without noisy crowds or the need to chat with strangers. You can relax with the people you choose to be with or enjoy the scenery at your own pace.
11

What is your privacy policy?
We are used to working with high-end clients who care about their privacy. So on board, you have nothing to worry about. Your private information will remain 100% confidential. We do not sell, trade, or disclose any private information to third parties under any circumstances. The only people who will know that you have boarded our boats are those you choose to inform.
